Navigate to the Integrations tab, where you will be able to see all of the Apps that we currently integrate with. Once here, select Dropbox and click the connect button. After you sign in with your Dropbox account you will be ready to automate your document flow.
Configure your workflow for both inbound and outbound document sync. If you want all documents placed in a specific Dropbox folder to sync into the inbox within inBuild you can configure the inbound settings. Alternatively, if you want invoices synced back to Dropbox once their status changes you can set up the outbound settings. This enables you with the power to automate all document workflows.
Dropbox is a cloud storage service that lets you save files online and sync them to your devices. You can use Dropbox links to share files and folders with other people without sending large attachments.
To integrate with Dropbox, each user must authenticate their account through the Dropbox OAuth 2.0 login flow. Thanks to this setup, inBuild does not need to store or transmit user account names or passwords but instead relies on granted application credentials. These credentials are used as part of an authorization step in which the user chooses to allow (or deny) our application access to their Dropbox data. Access granted to our application may be revoked at any point by the end user. The result is a more secure connection for Dropbox users and peace of mind that your data is safe.
Consider requesting a live demo with one of our team members to see if inBuild is the accounts payable solution you have been looking for. We can decide on the right integrations for you and have you set up in no time.
