Great up-and-coming product. inBuild has helped streamline the invoicing process from invoice receipt to accounts payable in QuickBooks. It saves time when needing to push through hundreds of invoices a month to subs and suppliers.
AI enhancement for invoice processing. I like the ease of processing invoices. it took the AI quite some time to figure out a few of our vendors but for the most part, it is getting them correct now.
You often hear 'under promise and over deliver'. I don't believe that is the business model of inBuild, but they continually over-deliver. When was the last time you heard 'we don't currently offer that, but are working on it and should have that live soon' or 'we like that idea, mind if we incorporate that?' When was the last time you got excited about computer software for accounting? Both of these happen regularly thanks to inBuild!
I like the organization and how it can filter invoices just to you. The customer support is wonderful, anytime I have a question or notice a glitch they are quick to respond and get it sorted. I also appreciate the ability to set up epay for our subcontractors to take one less step out of the payment process.
